Five Ways To Be Happy
1.
Express Gratitude. Being grateful is more than just saying thank you. Appreciate the things you have in life especially the small things because later you’ll realize the little things were the big things that really mattered. There’s a lot of people in the world who don’t have such an easy lifestyle as we do. Take advantage of it and appreciate everything.

2.
Surround Yourself with Happy People. Joy is contagious. Surrounding yourself around others that are happy always puts you in a happy mood. Negative vibes always put you in a bad mood. Happiness can easily be spread with a smile towards others.
3. Find Your Purpose. Set a short term goal you’d like to achieve. It doesn’t have to be something big but make goals. People who strive to achieve success are more happier than those who don't have such aspirations. Set a long term goal that’d take the course of about five years. Where do you see yourself after five years? Strive to reach those goals and you’ll be a much more happy person.

4. Don’t Compare Yourself to Others. Comparing yourself to others is the fastest way to be unhappy with your life. While, jealousy is a motivation to some, its a trait that never leads to positive outcomes. God made you in your own special and unique way, everyone is beautiful inside and out.

5.
Get Active. Go outside more. Join a sport or a club. Don’t be that boring person who has the same routine everyday. Being indoors is horrible! You can be ten times more happy by getting outside and enjoying a beautiful sunny day.
